Carmen Ying Cabanting, 38, of Mountain View, Hawaii, a nurse's aid, died in Hilo Medical Center. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by companion Lloyd Hayashida; sons Tomas and Tymothy; daughters Taneil and Tiare Cabanting and Nicole Hayashida; mother Muriel; brothers Stanley and Levi; sisters Cora Cabanting and Muriel Hardesty; and a grandchild.
