72Thomas Shinichi Miyashiro, 91, of Kaneohe, a retired federal communications clerk at Fort Shafter and an Army veteran, died in Kaneohe. He was born in Kohala, Hawaii. He is survived by son Allen, daughters Janice Kobashigawa and Carolyn Takahashi, brother Isami, sisters Kay Mikuriya and Michie Aono and seven grandchildren. Services: 1 p.m. Saturday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary Call after noon. Casual attire.
