80Teodoro Batacan Simon, 56, of Lahaina, Maui, a Mala Ocean Tavern cook, died in Maui Memorial Medical Center. He was born in San Nicolas, Philippines. He is survived by wife Nely; daughters Sheila M. and Shaina M.; parents Rosalino and Marina; brothers Herminio, Rodrigo, Rodolfo and Antonio; and sister Losdivina Yadao.
