72Otto Carroll "Bud" Powers, 92, of Kapaa, Kauai, an Army captain who served in World War II and won the Bronze Star, died in Wilcox Memorial Hospital. He was born in Columbus, Ohio. He is survived by wife Dorothy and son Bill. Mass: 10 a.m. July 17 at St. Catherine's Catholic Church, Kapaa. Call after 9 a.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
