79Laura Gay Andres, 53, of Hilo, a Hilo Community Players actress and director, died at home. She also worked for Hawaiian Body Products and was a former English professor at the University of Hawaii at Hilo. She was born in Pampa, Texas. She is survived by brother Jon and hanai daughter Zia Cook-Andres. Services held. No flowers. Donations suggested to Hilo Community Players.
