77Andrew Jackson Roach, 83, of Honolulu, a retired Army colonel, died in Honolulu. He was born in Eldorado, Texas. He is survived by wife Martha T. and daughters Andrea R. Waxman, Karen R. Brousseau and Leslie Roach-Laing.
