79Jeanette Kay Worthy, 67, of Las Vegas, formerly of Hawaii and North Hollywood, Calif., a homemaker, died. She was born in Cleveland. She is survived by husband Dudley, son Brian Cox, daughters Lyn Hebert and Leigh Ching, brother Ernest Teschner, seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Services and scattering of ashes: 3 p.m. Sunday at Hawaii Yacht Club, Waikiki.
