74Frances Phoebe Santos Cox, 70, of Winter Haven, Fla., formerly of Kailua, a retired government employee and an Air Force veteran, died in Winter Haven. She was born in Pahala, Hawaii. She is survived by sons Patrick and Jay Wood, and Thomas Cox; brother Paul Santos; sisters Cynthia Kapahu, Louise Brown and Zoe Nabarrete; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Services: 2 p.m. Thursday at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary. Call after 1 p.m. Burial: 3 p.m. at Hawaiian Memorial Park. Aloha attire.
