She is survived by husband John D., son Elijah D., daughter Mia K.Y.M., parents Kaimi and Nudy Kam, brother Kimi Kam, sisters Lonna Maile and Karen Caudle, and two grandchildren. Celebration of life: 3 p.m. Sunday at 55-137 Kamehameha Highway. Casual attire.
