WILLIAM "TED" EDWARD JAMES Dr. William "Ted" Edward James, an Economist at the Asian Development Bank in Manila, Philippines and previously served at the East West Center in Honolulu at the Resource Systems Institute, USAID in Jakarta, and ICSEAD in Kitakyushu City Japan. Ted was born on 12/21/51 and passed away on 5/19/10 due to complications from cancer. Ted was a surfer, runner and a great dad, husband and brother. Services to be held privately. |
