VIOLET A. KU'ULEI KAHALE BOURKE
Violet was born on October 13, 1919 in Honolulu, Hawai'i. She loved the ocean, swimming and traveling. A warm, gracious and generous mother, nurturing TuTu, and loving aunt whose love is a celebration of "Aloha" in our hearts. She is survived by daughter, Marlene Bourke-Faustina (Manuel); son, Patrick (Michal) of New York; other survivors include granddaughters, Dora Leilani Anderson (Clarence) of Texas, Mari Garzon (Jaime) of New York, Noelani Bourke of New York; grandson, Francis Bourke of New York,; step-grandsons, Aaron Faustina (Kalani) and Christian (Carol) of Honolulu; brother, Cyril Kahale, great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. She was loved and will be missed. Private services held. Scattering of ashes at a later date. "Each day is a gift to celebrate." |
