Emma Martina G. Tagaca, 68, of Honolulu, died in Kaiser Medical Center. She was born in Sarrat, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. She is survived by husband Eleuterio; sons Juanito. Julio and Richard; daughter Lydia T. Rarangol; brother Ernesto Ganal; six grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Visitation: 6 p.m. Friday at Moanalua Mortuary.
