76Edward Wai Wah Chang, 81, of Honolulu, a retired Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard bindery machine operator and an Army veteran, died. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by brother James W.H. and sisters Eunice B.S. Ching and Irene B.L. Chang. Private services.
