David "Dutch" Van De Loop, 61, of Wahiawa, a warehouse technician, died in Wahiawa. He was born in Racine, Wis. He is survived by mother Rosemary Vandeloop; brothers Jeffrey, Thomas and Curtis Vandeloop; and sisters Victoria, Nancy, Andrea, Angela and Mary Vandeloop.
