JOANN "AUNTY JO" G. KILAR-SHIMONO Age 62, of Mililani, Hawaii, passed away July 2, 2010 in Aiea. Born April 5, 1948 in Aiea, Oahu. She was a good and faithful servant of the Lord and a loving, nurturing wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, aunty, sister, and friend. She has risen to join her beloved son, Corey Y. Onaka. She is survived by husband, Michael M. Shimono; son, Paul J.M. Onaka; daughters, Elgine M. Onaka and Kerry M. Onaka; 6 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; brothers, Earl (Trudy) Kilar, Glenn (Pua) Ayau; sisters, Barbara Aguiar, Renee Ayau-Tyler, Jamie Ayau; mother, Mildred Chaves Ayau. Visitation 5:30 p.m. Thursday (July 29) at Mililani Mortuary Mauka Chapel; Memorial Service 6:30 p.m. Flowers Welcome. |
