74Takeo Higa, 81, of Kapolei, a retired Army training sergeant, died. He was born on Maui. He is survived by sons Brian and Sueo, stepdaughter Bonnie L. Medeiros, brother Yasu, sisters Nancy Cho and Florence H. Rodrigues, 12 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Private services.
