81Richard H. Eilts, 97, of Lihue, a retired construction worker, died at home. He was born in Sterling, Ill. He is survived by daughters Linda Foster and Florence Williams, six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Aug. 9 at Kapaa Seventh-day Adventist Church. Services: 10:30 a.m. Burial to follow at Kalapaki Bay Memorial Park. Casual attire.
