Age 67, of Kapolei, Hawaii, passed away July 13, 2010 in Honolulu, Hawaii. Born June 25, 1943 in Honolulu, Hawaii. A Captain with the Wheeler Air Force Base Fire Department, retiring near 30 years.

He is survived by wife, LeeAnne "Pua" Tam Sing Takahashi; sons, Richard Takeo (Chastiny) Takahashi, Reginald "Ola" Takahashi, Radford "Ikaika" Takahashi; 3 grandchildren; brother, Lance M. (Dorothy) Takahashi; sisters, Gwen K. LaSpina of NH, Ronnie E. (Larry) Tsujiguchi, Gayle T. (Kenneth) Racette of San Diego, Esther Cazimero-Aio; uncle Allen Y. (Betty) Takahashi; numerous nieces & nephews.

Visitation 5:30 p.m. Tuesday (August 3) at Mililani Mortuary Mauka Chapel; Memorial Service 6:30 p.m. Committal Service 10:00 a.m. Thursday (August 5) at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery. Aloha Attire. Flowers Welcome.
