Kay Kimie Kubota, 85, of Honolulu, a retired Honolulu city land document technician, died. She was born in Papaikou, Hawaii. She is survived by husband George T.; son Dexter C.; daughter Lynette Y. Takehara; brother Teruo Morigaki; sisters June C. Ratigan, Elaine T. Hirosumi and Lorraine N. Coon; and two grandchildren. Private services.
