72David Pila, 83, of Pearl City, a retired GTE Hawaiian Tel employee and Army veteran, died in Pearl City. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by son Randy Abato, daughters Vickie Aio and Valerie Fernandez, and brothers Richard, Henry, Edward and Victor Pila. Private scattering of ashes. Services and celebration of life: noon Sunday at Pacific Palisades Community Center.
