Blanche Elaine Reeder, 83, of Kailua-Kona, a retired elementary school teacher, died in Kona Community Hospital. She was born in Berlin Heights, Ohio. She is survived by daughters Rebecca Reeder-Hunt and Connie Greenwood. Private services.
