Hideo Tsukayama, 84, of Kaneohe, an administrative assistant, died in Kaneohe. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by sons Marc, John and Neil; daughter Betty Pokipala-Karratti; 10 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Private services.
