Hanako "Baban" Okamura, 92, of Honolulu, formerly of Hilo, a retired Hilo Union School cafeteria employee, died. She was born in Hilo. She is survived by son Thomas T., daughters Lynn K. Kawakami and Karen Y. Tanoue, brother Eiichi Okajima, sister Janet C. Yasuda, six grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren. Private services.
