77Thomas Wailehua "Babe" Silva, 94, of Waianae, a retired business owner, Army combat engineer and National Guard veteran, died in Kapolei. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Elizabeth N., sons Thomas W. Jr. and Franklin, daughters Winona Brown and Kathleen Dehne, brother Almer and sisters Elizabeth and Mei. Visitation: 10 a.m. Thursday at the Elks Lodge in Waikiki. Celebration of life: 11 a.m. Aloha attire.
