Togo Langrine, 73, of Ewa Beach, U.S. Postal Service branch manager, died in Hawaii Medical Center West. He was born in the Marshall Islands. He is survived by wife Amera; son Wendall; daughters Naire, Gayle, Blaudina and Fumiko; and 19 grandchildren. Services held. Burial: 12:30 p.m. today at Mililani Memorial Park.
