72Charles Masaaki Saito, 79, of San Mateo, Calif., formerly of Honolulu, a retired All State Industries general contractor and owner and an Air National Guard veteran, died in San Francisco. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Chee P. "Celia" Wong, daughter Ging Van, brothers Glenn and Wayne, and sister Evelyn Hirokawa. Mass: 11:45 a.m. Sunday at Star of the Sea Catholic Church. Private inurnment. Aloha attire. No flowers.
