81Thomas David Herndon, 62, of Honolulu, a discrimination complaints investigator with the Department of Defense, died in the Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Gadsden, Ala. He is survived by wife Kiok Yu, sons Terence Y. and Anthony K., daughter Karen E. and brother Robert "Phillip." Visitation: 4 p.m. Saturday at Nuuanu Memorial Park and Mortuary. Services: 5 p.m. Private burial at a later date. Casual attire.
