72John Richard "Jay" Harrigan Jr., 52, of Kailua, a Navy veteran and maintenance man, died in Tripler Army Medical Center. He was born in Beverly, Mass. He is survived by daughter Elyse Jambeau and sister Nancy Modini. Services: 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Windward United Church of Christ, 38 Kaneohe Bay Drive, Kailua. Casual attire. No flowers.
