81Elizabeth Dole "Betty" Porteus, 99, of Honolulu, an author, historian and genealogist, died in Honolulu. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by sons David J. and Evan L., daughters Barbara D. and Anne E. Porteus and Susan Baseley, sister Barbara D. Larsen, 11 grandchildren, and 15 great-grand- children. Services: 2 p.m. Saturday at Thurston Chapel, Punahou School. Aloha attire. No flowers. Donations suggested to Punahou School.
