73Forrest Edwin Luke Jr., 71, of Mililani, a retired Air force major and an employee of Kaiser and Leilehua high schools, died in Mililani. He was born in Joplin, Mo. He is survived by wife Pauline, sons Timothy and David, mother Mildred, brother William "Bill" and sisters Dorothy Van Volkinburg and Barbara Twenter. Private services.
