77Fred Seiyei Koki, 89, of Kaneohe, a self-employed limousine service retiree, died in Kaneohe. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Jane; children Joanne Tibbils and Diane, Arleen and Bryon Koki; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
