81Loretta Irene Williams, 50, of Everett, Wash., a cocktail waitress, died in Kona Community Hospital. She was born in Seattle, Wash. She is survived by daughters Katie, Morgan and Ashley Duncan; father Tom Petrowitz; mother Beverly Fagan; brothers Michael and Joseph Martin; and three grandchildren. Private services.
