Catherine Benson Downey, 84, of Honolulu died at home. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by sons Wendell Hosea and Nicholas and Claude Downey; brother John Benson; sister Lois Grieves; four grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Visitation: 10 a.m. Wednesday at Diamond Head Mortuary. Services: 11:45 a.m. Inurnment to follow at Diamond Head Memorial Park.
