March 3, 2010Leslie Katsumi Nakamura, 77, of Pasadena, Md., a retired Army lieutenant colonel, owner of Old Mill Greenery and a permanent substitute teacher at George Fox Middle School, died in Pasadena. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Kas, son Brian and Eric, daughter Marliese Dayen, sister Shirley Miyashiro and six grandchildren. Services: 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl. Aloha attire. No flowers. Donations suggested to Johns Hopkins Hospital, Baltimore.
