72Irene Fumiko Otani Nishida, 70, of Kula, Maui, a retired Wailuku Elementary School teacher, died in Maui Memorial Medical Center. She was born in Kula, Maui. She is survived by husband Tomeki; sons David and Kevin; brothers Stanley and Harold Otani; sisters Celestine Uradomo, Jean Uemura and Charlene Tanaka; and two grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Wednesday at Ballard Family Mortuary. Services: 11 a.m. Burial: 2 p.m. at Maui Veterans Cemetery. Casual attire.
