84James "Scotty" Lucrecio, 78, of Honolulu, a retired construction mason, died in the Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Naalehu, Hawaii. He is survived by sons Jamie and Bryan, brother Phillip; sister Esther Lucrecio-Lucero, five grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Services: 9 a.m. Wednesday at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
