75May Leong Chang, 92, of Honolulu, a retired Honolulu Police Commission secretary, died in Straub Clinic & Hospital. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by son Joseph J. "Joe" Jr., brother Walter S.F. Leong, sisters Mary Tohyai and Mildred L. Nakano, and a grandchild. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Diamond Head Mortuary. Services: 10:30 a.m. Graveside services: 9 a.m. Monday at Diamond Head Memorial Park.
