81Keith Edward Sugihara, 45, of Manoa, a retired city civil engineer, died. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by daughters Jami and Carli, parents James and Amy and brothers Jon and Gavin. Services: 10 a.m. Sunday at Nuuanu Memorial Park and Mortuary. Casual attire.
