Abraham Thomas "Abe" Akana, 51, of Waianae died in Waianae. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Anna L. Kealoha-Akana; sons Terrence, Alecxander and Abraham Akana, Abruaym Kealoha, Soloman Kealoha-Kaaiwela, and Dalton Kealoha-Rajkowski; daughters Malia Teulilo, Jasmine Perdomo, Chalsey, Abreana and Leianna Kealoha, Xaraiyah Kealoha-Kaaiwela and Shanel Akana; hanai sons Nahina and Mark Tuinei, and McKenna Kaaiwela; hanai daughters Amanda and Britney Tuinei, and Alyssa and Alannah Kaaiwela; mother Annie Ortiz; father Clarence Ortiz Sr.; brothers Peter Akana and Matthew Ortiz; sisters Jaquelyn Balen, Francine Ortiz, Miko Sunada and Jeanie Stacy; stepbrother Clarence Ortiz Jr.; and eight grandchildren. Visitation: 6 p.m. Saturday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, makai chapel. Celebration of life: 7 p.m. Scattering of ashes: 2 p.m. Sept. 25 at Pokai Bay Cabana on Farrington Highway, Waianae.
