Age 78, of Honolulu, passed away August 10, 2010 at Queen's Medical Center. Born July 9, 1932 in Santa Maria, Ilocos Sur, Philippines. A retired employee of The Honolulu Medical Group.
He is survived by wife, Virginia Pineda; sons, Phillip (Elvie) Pineda, Dionisio (Evangeline) Pineda, Salvador (Marilyn) Pineda, Ferdinand (Michelle) Pineda of Alabama; daughters, Elizabeth (Herbert) Diga, Zenaida (Clemente, Jr.) Abalos, Jocelyn Pineda-Abaya, Sheila (Jun) Pineda-Bayudan of California; brother, Bonifacio (Nenita) Pineda of California; sisters, Isabelita Cabagbag, Corazon Mendame of Philippines; 22 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
Visitation 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday (8/24) at Mililani Downtown Mortuary, Service 6:30 p.m. Visitation also 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. Wednesday (8/25) at Mililani Downtown Mortuary, Service 10:30 a.m. Burial 12 noon at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park.
