Priscilla Frances Wahine Ali'i Cluney Baker, 96, of Waipahu, an educator and Air Force Auxiliary Hawaii Wing Civil Air Patrol lieutenant colonel, died in Waipahu. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by daughters Wanda M. "Peewee" Peleholani, Bobbie L. "Punkin" Dean and Ellavan K. "Kehau" Papapa; sisters Joanie E. Cluney Olds; 19 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren. Visitation: 1 p.m. Friday at Oahu Cemetery Chapel. Services: 1:30 p.m. Aloha attire.
