George Takashi Fukuda, 82, of Honolulu, an Army veteran, died in Hawaii Medical Center West. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by son Leslie, daughter Jean Shimabuku, brothers Kenneth and Gilbert, sister Laverne Hagiwara and a grandchild. Graveside services: 11:30 a.m. Thursday at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl.
