He is survived by wife Lorie; father David; stepmother Jan; brothers Jody and Christopher; stepbrother Billy R. Armstrong; sisters Deean Giberson, Lori Gravseth and Trudi Smith; and stepsisters Melanie Scala, Celeste Hernandez and Sarah Carter. Services: 2 p.m. Saturday at Sheraton Keauhou Hotel, 78-128 Ehukai St., Kailua-Kona. Christian attire.
