Earl Tadashi Tsuda, 70, of Hono-lulu, a retired Honolulu police reserve officer, state deputy sheriff and an Army veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in Hawaii. He is survived by wife Sarah; sons Nelson and Reed; brothers Herbert, George and Walter; and a grandchild. Services at a later date.
