Priscilla Frances Wahine Ali'i Cluney Baker, 96, of Waipahu, an educator on Molokai and a lieutenant colonel for the Air Force Auxiliary Hawaii Wing Civil Air Patrol, died in Waipahu. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by daughters Wanda Mae "Peewee" Peleholani, Bobbie Lynn "Pumpkin" Dean and Ellavan K. "Kehau" Papapa; sister Joanie E. Cluney Olds; 19 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren. Visitation: 1 p.m. tomorrow at Oahu Cemetery Chapel. Services: 1:30 p.m. Aloha attire.
