Sunao Miyabara, 91, of Hono-lulu, a retired honorary consul-general of Thailand and Liberty Bank banker, died at home. He was born in Pahoa, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Chiyoko; son Colin T.; daughter Lorayne K. Treschuk; sister Yurie Hagihara, five grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
