She is survived by companion Edward Ayau; son Kaihikapu; stepsons Clifford and Edward Ayau; stepdaughters Mary Jackson, Heather and Michelle Ayau, and Judith Perry; stepfather Charles Kahaunaele; brothers Leland Akau, and Phillip and Alan Jimenez; sister Lois Spillner; 24 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
