74Praxedes Pastor Duran, 93, of Hanamaulu, Kauai, a homemaker, died in Garden Isle Health Care. She was born in Laoag City, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. She is survived by sons Art and Isabelo; daughters Bessie Garbo, Mely Iloreta and Avelina Semana; sister Alejandra Pastor; eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Sept. 11 at Immaculate Conception Church. Mass: 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Kauai Memorial Gardens.
