Pedro Valdez Valdez, 79, of Waipahu, a retired roofer, died in Ewa Beach. He was born in Candon City, Ilocos Sur, Philippines. He is survived by wife Selfida R.; sons Eduardo, Manolito, Edwin and Ernie; daughters Maryleen "Nora" Rubia, Norma Dulatre, Ester Centeno and Victoria Manuel; sister Maria Apayo; 22 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Saturday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, makai chapel. Services: 11 a.m. Burial: 12:30 p.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
