Remegio Reyes "Remec" Barcena, 93, of Honolulu, an Army veteran, died in Hale Nani Nursing Home. He was born in Burgos, Pangasinan, Philippines. He is survived by sons Francisco and Salcedo; daughters Marcelina Langoban, Zenaida Frio and Jovita Galvan; 24 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 6 p.m. Thursday at Our Lady of the Mount Church, 1614 Monte St. Mass: 7 p.m. Committal services: 10 a.m. Friday at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe. Casual attire.
